Good location, often sells concert tickets to smaller events. Bit of an eclectic mix of music and music dvds as well as some 2nd hand music and vinals.
WHile I have eaten here a few times i've never really enjoyed the food, excessive dressings, often much too oily. You usually are eating a salad to avoid excess fats and oils!
I highly rate this place, great food. Owned by the same people who own Hathi Indian Restuarant on Aerodrome, but I think a better chef maybe? Make sure you order in time because they are always busy
The cheapest cinemas in brisbane for uni students ( can be as cheap as $5 on tuesdays, unheard of anywhere else). Everything else is pretty standard but obvious drawcard is price and location, close to so many nice restuarants and bars on grey st
My favourite book store in Brisbane, often have lots of more obscure books in stock and if not are happy to get it in for you. Ive founds DVDs to be pretty expensive here though.
Best coffee on campus as well as the best banana bread not only in st lucia but possibly the whole world. definately made it through a lot of 8am lectures because of this place!
Fruit and Veggie shop in Toowong Shopping Centre. Wide range of fruit and vegetables, always totally packed so best to shop there early, avoid completely at peak hours
Great deli in Toowong shopping centres with delicious cheeses ands meats from all over the world (with lots of free samples), only downside is it is pretty expensive but at the end of the day they often give discounts
Great quality seafood considering its in the middle of brisbane. A little expensive, always a wait, because they are so packed. Never dissapointed with the food though.
you get paid for doing some surverys and reading emails. You wont make a fortune but I have recieved a couple of cheques from them during the year that I have been a memeber for. Doesnt really take much time, maybe 2 mins in the morning to make min. 5 cents a day.
