I've been there twice, and wouldn't go again, especially when there are plenty of budget Italian places in town. The food was tasteless, and when dining with a group of friends our meals came out at different times, with at least a 40 minute difference between first and last meal.

Some of the best pizza I've had. You definitely pay for quality, so this means I can't dine there as often as I'd like on my student budget!
Approximate cost: $18
I had my 21st in the function room on the bottom level. Although I have never been there for a meal (a bit too exy for a student budget) the catering for my party was reasonably priced with plenty of options, and the food was fantastic!
I had never been to a japanese restaurant before, and my first experience was amazing! I had the group banquet with my friends, even though we were a relatively small group. This meant I was able to sample a wide range of the menu, and it was all delicious! Even if the thought of sashimi is a bit strange, go in with an open mind and you will definitely discover that you enjoy something different!
Approximate cost: $30
I don't do all my shopping there, as it would be a bit pricey on a student budget, but I go there for specific products, such as their evia yoghurt and lebanese bread. Such a nice change to the usual supermarket products!
Best bakery in Ballarat! Although a bit pricey, it is worth it for the amazing quality! I would recommend the vanilla slice, cheese and onion sausage rolls and the sourdough!
