I am a very fussy and sceptical consumer so to trust someone cleaning my very expensive carpets was going to be tough. Brownie points went to Terry after my initial telephone enquiry with his thorough and professional advise so I put my faith in him and gave the task of removing honey from my carpet!!! Terry did an outstanding job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have an acute attention to detail and I was very impressed with Terry's care taken in my home and final results. I am not one usually to take the time to review products and/or services however I have no hesitation in promoting a business proprietor of such high standards and I wish Terry ongoing business success as it is well deserved.
