I am late in writing my review. I was grieving badly and it's only now that I can do this. I lost Earl, my beloved and beautiful English Setter at the beginning of February this year, and Pets RIP looked after him well and with great respect and caring, as they did with my girl in June last year, and another of my boys three years ago. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who brought Earl back to me where he belongs, but he was lovely and made a fuss of my Lagotto puppy, which I thought was wonderful. I wouldn't entrust my loved ones to anyone else.

Beric, Sue and their staff are very compassionate in their dealings with the bereaved families who have lost their beloved family pets. I can't say enough good words about how professional and kind they are. We called them a couple of years ago, for the first time, when one of our English Setters passed away, and were very happy with the respect and dignity with which they cremated and then sent him back to us where he belonged. I chose them again just over a week ago when I lost my little girl Setter, whose ashes were brought home to me yesterday. I have suggested their company to my friends.
