I say there are 2 people who benefit from divorce: the lawyers and real estate agents! Dealing with Aitkens and more importantly, Belinda, has actually become, what I consider a friend. From the minute I met her, I had a feeling about her - I was not just another potential client, she actually gave a ....! I haven't even signed the contract and knowing what I'm going through currently, she just, on a whim, turned up the other day and mowed my lawns! Talk about personal service! I was attracted to Aitkens because of their approach to the market, which isn't typical for the industry. And since meeting with them, I will trust no one other than them. Locals who know the area, live in the area and think outside the box! - yes you can love your realestate agent! I do, even if the circumstances having to meet are not favourable!
