I would like to thank Roger and Melinda for their fantastic service and care of Atticus. Initially when I dropped him off for day care including dog grooming I was shown around and given a detailed description of how he would be looked after during the day. I was very reassured that he would be in good hands and that Roger was a very good dog handler.

I received a couple of video messages in the morning after other dogs were introduced to Atticus and photos during the day, which I loved, and I found this service to be very impressive.

When I picked Atticus up in the evening he was very happy and he had been beautifully groomed. Roger took the time to give me feedback about Atticus' personality; he also took the time tell me that Atticus wasn't the easiest dog to groom and that Melinda had given him breaks during the process, so I really appreciated that she dealt with him in such a caring way.

I would definitely recommend Urban Paws to any other dog lover and I will certainly be taking Atticus back in future for grooming combined with doggy day care.
