I don't even know if this deserves a star, but 1 star is the lowest option. My mum went for an appointment the other day, only to be greeted by the receptionist and the eye test machine out in the store, not in its usual consultation room. The usual optometrists were not available that day and she was told by an old man that the receptionist will do her eye test. Now I'm not sure what the legalities are behind optometry, but I've never heard of receptionists giving eye examinations. It's like telling receptionists at doctors clinics to treat you. My mum has been going to this place for many years, but this is the first time she has come across such situation, and she definitely won't be returning!
