My husband went to this store recently to purchase a printer for us to use at home. The staff were very helpful and my husband was able to buy the right printer for our needs from the guidance and advice of the staff. They also have a large variety and different items of stationery that you wouldn't find at normal shops. Well Done.

I came to this store after seeing some beautiful dolls with dresses in the front window of this shop. I wanted to purchase one as a present for my daughter for Christmas and the lady that served me was very helpful and went inside the front shop of the window and showed me some different designs to choose from. It was nice to receive great customer service from this salesperson and I will return to this store again to buy more things. Well Done.

My husband and I haven't been to Binna Burra for about ten years. The old cafe at Binna Burra has burnt down and there is a new cafe there called the Lamington Teahouse. This cafe has an amazing view and it was nice to sit down and look over the hinterland and the Gold Coast with a cup of coffee and a nice piece of cake. The service from the staff was excellent and they were extremely helpful with our questions about Binna Burra after not being there for ten years. Our coffees were served hot and our cake lovely and fresh. Well Done.

We had dinner at this store after receiving an offer from Oporto on the back of a shop a docket. We received great customer service and our meals were made to order and it was nice to eat a hot burger and chips. It was also nice to see that this store was lovely and clean and the serving staff were well presented. It is also great to see that this store now sells extra sauce portions on its front counter if you are wanting more sauce with your meal. Well Done.

My husband and I came here with our children to have buffet dinner after receiving a voucher on the back of a shop a docket. Our dinner was lovely with a great selection of food to choose from. It was also fantastic that there is a childrens menu available as well with a childrens activity pack and some colouring in for our son. We have had our son at buffets before and he has only eaten one plate of food and have been charged a lot of money for him only to eat one plate of food. The customer service from the wait staff was excellent and it was fantastic that the wait staff on duty that night made sure our son was happy, immediately cleared our dirty dishes and made sure our water was promptly topped up. Well Done and we will return again.

My husband and I decided to have an afternoon with our children in the park at West End and shout them to fish and chips. We received a voucher on the back of a shop a docket for a take away called West End Fish Market. We weren't sure what to expect as the business is under new management but we were surprised by the good customer service we received. We decided to eat at the local park at West End but they have the option of dining in as well. Our meals were well cooked and the chips lovely and crispy. We have had soggy fish and chips before from other fish and chips shops and it was real treat to have lovely chips. We were a little disappointed that we didn't receive a larger serve of chips as we were still hungry. It would be nice to the staff to show people what the portion sizing for the chips is so that people have the option to order more chips. It would be great to see a childrens menu implemented at the cafe as well as there was no menu for our son and had to order a large piece of fish for him. A little more attention is needed for customer service otherwise it is a great cafe. Well Done and we will return again.

My husband and I purchased pies from this bakery yesterday. Our pies were made up of lumpy gravy and tasteless grissly meat. There was minimal gravy and no salt added to flavour our pies and our pastry was soggy. Very dissappointed.

We came to this restaurant after receiving a voucher on the back of a shop a docket. The customer service is great here although some staff are unsure of meals sizes. My husband had a steak and he thought it was too small only to be unwillingly told my a staff member that it was the correct size of the steak. I had a chicken dish and found that it did have too much sauce and it overpowered the flavor of my meal. The childrens area in this restaurant needs to be in a separate area of this restaurant. It did not have a door and was open and it was very noisy otherwise it was a good dining experience.

We came to eat at this cafe after receiving a voucher on the back of a shop a docket. Unfortunately we came at a time that our voucher wasn't accepted and was offered a free garlic bread id lieu of the voucher. When we placed our order a different staff member served us and we told them of the free garlic bread that we were offered. She asked us which staff member offered the garlic bread and no on answered hence we didn't receive it. The dining area for this cafe is outside and it would be great to see some heaters placed in this area as it was cold. The pizzas from this cafe were well prepared, cooked well and had lots of tasty toppings different to that of what you would find at other pizza shops. This cafe is better suited for take away meals or unless it is a warm day dining outside.

We came to dine at this hotel after receiving a voucher on the back of a shop a docket. This hotel is amazing and our meals were large, well presented and delicious tasting as well. Our son loves pasta and chose a pasta meal from the menu. We felt that the chef who works here at this hotel knows how to cook well as this was shown in the meals that we served to us. We throughly enjoyed eating here and will return again. Well Done.
