I am a homeschooling Mum and went to this store to have a look at some books for teaching my son. I found some items that I wanted to purchase and the staff were happy to place the items on hold for me. I wasn't able to get back to the store at the time that I needed to pick up the books and when I telephone the store the staff were very happy to continue to put the books on hold me. It is very much appreciated being the mum of two children and my plans don't always turn out the way you intended at times. Well Done.

I am a homeschooling mum and this store is great for providing a variety of books and great customer service. I had some items put on hold at this store. I live in Brisbane and drove to the Gold Coast to pick the item up and the staff were very quick and happy in serving me. It was also nice the the staff member that was serving me had the time to have a conversation with my son and myself. Well Done.

I am a homeschooling mum and have recently rung this store twice looking for some books to help educate my son. On both occassions the staff members that have served me have been extremely helpful with locating the items that I have wanted and I have been able to purchase one of those items. I live on the southside of Brisbane and had a long drive to get to Chermside with two children in the back of my car but it was so nice to get a lovely holiday and attentively be served by one of the staff members at the shop. I have also found that this store has a great variety of educational books and I am sure I will purchase some items from this shop again. Well Done.

I recently went here with a girlfriend to catch up and enjoy a high tea. We had a lovely time and we were delighted by the great customer service and our lovely high tea with a large variety of different items on offer to eat. It was also great to have a pot of tea included in our high tea. Well Done.

I recently went down to Australia Fair Shopping Centre to do some shopping with my son and daughter. We stopped at this McDonalds to have something to eat. The girl that served us was prompt with her customer service and it was lovely to receive our meals quickly and be able to eat a hot meal. Well Done.

We were at Chermside recently and did some shopping at this Woolworths. We normally go shopping at Woolworths where we live and found this store has a large variety of items here that are not available at the store we shop at. The staff members here are very helpful and were able to put some items away for me while my husband came into the store. This store was crowded at the time we were there and it would be great to see a method implemented to reduce this crowding as it was hard to walk through the shop at the registers. Overall this store is a great Woolworths and the staff here have great customer service. Well Done.

Target at Indooroopilly has been moved into a new shop as the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is being renovated. I rang this store to find out what school zone books that they had in stock and the sales person that served me went out of her way to tell me what books that they had in stock. I am a homeschooling Mum and was able to purchase a book that they put on hold for me. This store is brand new and it was so nice to walk into a brand new store. Their book department is great as well, although it was untidy at the time I was there, I was able to find a number of different books to help my son with his homeschooling.

She was extremely helpful and I was able to purchase a number of books from this store to help my son with homeschooling. There is also a great variety of books at this store. Although they are a little expensive I have been able to purchase some good quality books to read to and educate my son. Well Done.

I recently phoned this store to make enquiries about a printer. The lady that served me went out of her way to help me with my questions about printers and also told me what printers that they had in stock at their store. I went there recently to purchase some printer ink for one of our printers and was surprised by the large variety of stationery items and great posters this store has. I am a homeschooling mum and I was able to purchase some stationery supplies and posters to help homeschool my son. The staff here also are very pleasant and they are willing to help you if you have a need or questions to ask. Well Done.
