We came to dine at this tavern after receiving a shop a docket. We were very pleased with our meals and the customer service we received at this hotel. Our meals were lovely, well presented and delicious as well. Our son had a pasta meal and there was just enough sauce on his meal not to cover him in sauce as we usually find with some children's meals that are served. We both had a chicken meal and found there was just enough sauce on our meals as well so as to not drown our chicken and take over the flavor of our meals. We had our son with us for dinner and a staff member did tell him that he wasn't allowed in the gaming area of the hotel which was next to the dining area. It would be great if they had a sign telling people of this otherwise our dining experience was great. Well Done.

I am a homeschooling mum and I have found this store to have lots of different resources to help teach my son. I have also recently purchased some items for my birthday from one of the sams stores. This store didn't have enough of the items that I was after and a staff member in the store was very helpful and rang another store to see if the items were in stock. Well Done and I will be returning to this store again.

I have rung this store on a few occasions over the last couple of months looking for items that I haven't been able to locate in my local store. The staff have been more than happy to see if they have had the items that I have wanted and have been able to put them on hold for me. They have provided excellent and great customer service. Unfortunately I have to say that this take away is an establishment that we have received great service from and the last time that we went their to eat we were extremely disappointed with the customer service and attitude from one of the staff members working at the store. When we came to eat at this restaurant we were told that their were no burgers available and after we placed our order we were told that their would be an extra charge for the gluten free buns that we were told we could eat. We relunctantly placed our order and when it arrived we were rudely told that could the staff member have the table number. Very disappointed and we will possibly not be returning to this store.

We came to purchase some food from this store after receiving a voucher on the back of a shop a docket. I feel that their needs to be some attention to different areas in this stop. The first is that staff need to speak up when someone pushes in front of you to be served. The other issue is that staff need to make sure that their hair is tied up correctly when making food as I found a hair in my burger. The manager on duty at the time willingly and quickly changed my burger to a fresh one which was very appreciated.

This cafe is a nice place to stop and have a meal or take away from. We have been here recently a couple of times and I used to come to this restaurant with my parents when I was little. This cafe has been around for years and their wonderful service and great customer attention really shows. You can have the option of dining in at this cafe or you can take your food with you and eat in the park across the road and we have done both on many occasions. If you do choose to dine in your meals are served on plates which is a nice touch. Well Done.

I went to this store this morning. I had my son run away from me through the automated registers and I left money behind in the machine. I returned to the front of the store to find my money only to be very rudely told that my money cannot be returned to me. I am not happy with the service I received and won't be returning to this store.

We recently had our camera repaired with this company through a warranty claim with David Jones. This company is very professional and did a great job of repairing and cleaning our camera. We would recommend this company to anyone needing camera repairs. Well Done.
