Well Done to the girls in the party section. I went here yesterday to order balloons from the party section of their store for my daughters birthday. The staff were very helpful and gave me lots of ideas for balloons to celebrate her birthday. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other party stores. Well Done.

We went here last November for my son's 5th birthday. We decided on this zoo beacuse other zoos in the area were too expensive for us. We took our nephew with us and the two boys had a wonderful time visiting the animals and patting kangaroos and looking at different animals. It was very educational as well as they hadn't seen some of the animals before that are at this zoo. The beautiful sunbear was one of those animals. They have a wide variety of animals that people can see and you are welcome to bring your own food, have a barbecue in their lovely shady picnic area with their provided barbecues or dine in their cafe. There are also animal and reptile presentations with the opportunity to have a photo taken with a reptile or an animal at an extra cost. It is a great place to visit and we will go there again.

I have been into this shop before and purchased different things to decorate my house. I like the beach and there are lots of different things inspired by the beach in this store. I went there again yesterday and the staff member that served us was very polite and helpful. I really appreciated that there was also 25 percent off storewide. If your looking for something different for yourself or for a gift I reccommend this store.

We went here yesterday for a coffee and something sweet to eat. We have been here before and the staff are lovely and very efficient. Our son was offered a free bowl of ice cream and some lollies with his babycino which was really appreciated. We highly recommend this cafe to anyone.

I went here last week to purchase some winter clothing for my children. I went to the layby counter only to be acknowledged by the staff member in the photo lab while the layby staff member was attending to another matter. I was left waiting for 5 minutes and the staff member didn't realise I was there and went out the back of the store. The staff member in the photo lab then had to go and locate her so that I could lay by by items. This is a great new store but the staff need to improve on their customer service to make shopping in this store great.

I went to this store last week to purchase some mix apparel clothing for my children that was on sale. There was a very helpful lady working in this department that was able to help me with helping to find the items of apparel that I wanted to buy and she also showed me the winter range that was available as well for my children. Well Done.

My husband and I went to this store last week to purchase a new toaster for our household. We were promptly served by a salesperson and shown several toasters, and the salesperson was able to provide us with different information about each toaster to help us make our decision. We were also offered 15% off the total price of the toaster we decided on. Well Done.

I was after a particular plant I saw on Better Homes and Gardens and this nursery had it. I went with my neighbour and we both commented on the beautiful presentation of the nursery and the friendliness of the staff. I was so impressed with my flowers and I went back with my husband the next day and purchased some more plants. They're a little more expensive than Bunnings and Masters Hardware stores but their plants are well established. Well Done.

The lady that served me at this store was very helpful when I enqiured about a fridge to go bag that I saw on their website. Our son is starting prep this year and I had been looking around different shops for a lunch bag to keep his food cold for him as there are no fridges at the school where he is going to keep his food cold. I was shown this bag and all the excellent qualities that it has and I purchased this one from the staff member after she showed me. Well Done.

Wow, this fish and chips shop is excellent. Whenever we go there we always have lovely fish and chips. It is also very educational for our son who goes and has a look at all the fish. Our son loves anything to do with the ocean and the staff don't mind telling him the different types of fish etc. They also have pelican feeding at 1.30pm everday. It's a lot of fun to see.
