When I called, they were friendly & helpful & gave me a ballpark quote that was slightly higher than the final cost. The guy arrived on time & completed the job quickly & efficiently.

I found him on WOMOW and he was fantastic. Punctual, friendly and efficient for a very small job. It was a job that had to be done by a plumber with the right tools but only took a few minutes. His price was very reasonable.
I've been there a few times & it's been great. It can get too noisy to hear your friend speak at times. The food is pretty good & value for money. The service is usually quite good. The drinks are a bit more expensive than the average, but for the position & surrounds, I think it's ok.
We had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and professional without being effusively fake & annoying. I also got my car cleaned & it was lovely. They take the bags from your boot through to the footpath outside the airport entrance. We waited less than 5 minutes to get picked up when we returned. It was all SO much faster & cheaper than catching a taxi.

We decided to do Sydney in style. What a great choice!
We paid extra for the executive room and that was a smart move. We had unlimited daily access to the executive lounge with a stunning view of the bridge and opera house as well as snacks and soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. We could have breakfast there or go downstairs for the full buffet breakfast at no extra cost. Between 6-8pm there were snacks and drinks available in the executive lounge. The inclusions make this deal very good value. The staff were 5 star as well. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help.
The location was excellent. In The Rocks, a short stroll from Circular Quay. Great for sight-seeing, restaurants, shopping.

We thought we'd take advantage of the summer special and do something different to travel Melbourne to Sydney. Big mistake. After racing around to get there on time, the train was 2 hours late arriving, so 2 hours late leaving. They kept announcing a 10 or 15 minute delay. Not long enough to go anywhere. How could they not know it would be 2 hours late? They blamed track work detours.
First class was a joke. It wasn't as good as 3rd class in other countries. There was certainly no service. How was it different to economy? The train rattled and bumped so sleeping was difficult. Morning tea (scones) was quite good and unexpected so that was nice. With the delay, it would have been a nice gesture to give something to customers, but an apology was better than nothing.

We used to go here regularly, but the quality & service steadily declined. The decor is old, but when the food is good, that's easily overlooked. The food can be good, but is often over-fried. The sashimi is fresh but other things are not as reliable. It's very cheap & authentic Japanese daily food.
Good, basic Japanese with good quality ingredients. Very tasty & authentic. I've lived in Japan & it's one of the decent ones in Melbourne. Great for lunch.
Our dog loves going to Doggy Dooz. He gets excited on the way there. He comes back beautifully clean & groomed. He goes regularly so everyone there knows him & he is greeted enthusiastically. Natalie and her team do a great job for a reasonable price.
We had 3 rooms & stairs done as well as a couple of large rugs. They were prompt, friendly and professional. It was done quickly and very well for a great price. They thought of details like protecting the drying carpet from wood stains & explained what they were doing. We'll definitely use them again.
