I engaged Elite as my property manager. My inner city apartment was vacant for weeks and was recommended to drop the rent to below market by more than 10% to secure a tenant more promptly. Without my approval when a tenant was secured on a 12 month lease, tenant ran away after a couple of months. Was charged cleaning fee of $310 using Elite's cleaning company which left the apartment still dirty. Elite put the property back on the market with more excuses of unable to being to find a tenant. Elite eventually found new tenants who could not afford the rent, knowing that they were unemployed and they ran away from the tenancy too. The apartment was left damaged, walls, carpet and furniture destroyed. Found new real estate agent who put the rent back up to market rates and found a good tenant within a couple of weeks.
was sent a very inexperienced technician who didn't know what to do. would stay away from this company
Rice paper rolls were refreshing, the beef pho was ok but nothing special considering they market themselves as using Galloway beef. The flavours of fish Banh Mi didn't quite work for me, and bit to hot for my tastes
Set up like an American diner with a clean modern feel specialising in barbequed meats. Delicious burgers, generous servings of meat. Quick service and good value.
Reasonable value, have tried the bonegilla (lamb and chicken) and the mr pappadoppoulas (lamb), preferred the former. Really hit the spot for taste and staving off hunger for the next few hours.
Approximate cost: $9
Unprofessional behaviour from Manager, gives MICM a bad name. Upon dealing with him, he was not interested in any discussion or resolution of the issue at hand, rude and curt, while also displaying threatening and aggressive behaviour. I would avoid engaging in their services.
Terrible customer service. Upon requesting to speak to her manager, was told he had just resigned, there is no one to speak to but her. Will not be coming back
Great location, next to Hoyts and Pancake Parlour, glad that TGIs have opened up in Melbourne central. Was looking forward to my Jack Daniels fix and the salmon with their signature Jack Daniels sauce did not dissappoint
Approximate cost: $34
Came here for coffee and cakes. Good coffee and adequate sweet treats - we had the passionfruit cheesecake and the chocolate cake. Liked the spaciousness of the café, though seemed to lack airconditiong on a summer's day.
I had the bruschetta breakfast on focaccia bread while my companion had the eggs benedict. Good breakfast fare, although was expecting the serving to be just a tad more generous.
