I looked at a number of companies that were offering baby gifts that could be delivered to Canberra and this company offered the best value for money (comparable gift packages with other companies being $10-$15 more expensive). I also inadvertently failed to include my name in the message with the gift. Within minutes of submitting my order i was contacted by a staff member requesting name details for the message. Upon delivery I received a delivery notification from the company. I couldn't have asked for more efficient service.
