I've used this company now for the last 3 years and they have always provided a very prompt and reliable service. The service from the staff members has always been very friendly and courteous.

I can't speak highly enough of this butcher. I get an email every week with their latest specials and the prices are great. On top of that, the quality of their meat is second to none.

They have a ton of movies and the staff were great to deal with. They went out of their way to help my wife find a movie she was looking for. They also proactively noticed one of the DVD's was a bit dirty so they put it in the cleaning machine before renting it out to us.

Have bought several games from this store in the past and will continue to shop there. They offer great service and really know a lot about their products. More than happy to recommend them to anyone.

They provide great coffee and they also have a selection of chocolates (as the name suggests). The chocolates are to die for. At $3 per chocolate they are a little expensive but absolutely worth it when you taste them! The coffee is regular city prices and I always manage to get a good cup of coffee there.

Have bought from this store several times and the value has always been quite good. They are always really busy so finding a staff member to assist can sometimes be difficult. Having a separate franchise for computers and electrical can be annoying as you can't deal with one salesperson if buying something from both sections. They are quite friendly to deal with and I'll continue to shop there.

I've used NRMA for all of my insurance for the past ten years. In this time I've had two claims and I must say I was most impressed at how prompt they were at resolving my issue at the time. They are always such a pleasure to deal with and will continue to keep me as a customer.

The managers always seem to go out of their way to help but the certain staff seem to let the place down. As an example, the deli staff can't seem to count (ie. when asking for a particular number of sausages, bacon rashers etc). I also argued with a girl because she told me that sausages only came in lots of 2 (this was because she couldn't be bothered splitting the pair with a knife). The produce is consistently a let down on the quality. So much for the fresh food people... I will say though majority of the staff are great to deal with and the refurbishment makes it look more presentable.

The food here is always great. One of the better Chinese restaurants I've eaten at. It's pretty good value for money and they are always really busy so sometimes you need to wait a while for your meal.

Fantastic food and lovely people to deal with. The menu is traditional Indian and the prices are quite reasonable. The food is consistently great. In my first couple experiences we had a service issue but the owner called me back the next morning and personally apologized. It's quite clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and his business.
