After much research, we decided on this company, not because they were the cheapest, but because they offered what we wanted with the comfort of a logically calculated price, knowledgeable installers and friendly staff. The system recommended and purchased gave us the most confidence that it could achieve what we needed. Installers were friendly, polite and neat and tidy. Installation was completed around 3 weeks after quote accepted.
Reputable brands with quality product, good work and the confidence that you have made a wise choice is what you would get from this company.

Based on my research, this company had the lowest prices for the phone I wanted, in and out of Australia, whilst still guaranteed to work with Australian networks. Product arrived safely and wrapped perfectly in original packaging. Customer service UPON REQUEST by email was without fault. Only 2 flaws stopped me from giving them 5 stars all around:
1. they do not provide any means by which you can track the progress of your order until after it has left it's start point. Their internal "processing" is very slow so you would wonder what is happening with your order as it can be very slow. Once you contact them, they are very obliging, but this shouldn't be necessary.
2. Samsung phones in Australia have a TWO year warranty yet from this company only a ONE year warranty.
If you can forgive this and are not in a hurry, this is the place to go for tech purchases.

Peter came to our home at very short notice to fix a faulty light fitting, was happy, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. His charges were reasonable, but it takes something REALLY special for me to call an electrician a "wow". Would use him again and recommend him.

First time at this restaurant, accustomed to Thai food according to Australian standards. Extensive menu, some with photos, including most well known dishes and a couple of regional specialties. Service was good, food was hot, quantities were appropriate. Nice ambience, no complaints, not quite the "wow" factor for me, but won't let you down.

Identified the cause, then cleared a blocked sewerage drain of "foreign items" and offending tree roots. Friendly and accommodating, efficient and matter-of-fact. Provided clear instructions via pen and paper and video on how to prevent the problem again, but also offered to come back to manage for us. Would always call them instead of a conventional plumber for a blocked drain.

I have known and used this business for as long as they have existed. The owner is fastidious about hiring experienced, well presented and hard working, customer oriented staff in all facets of the business. In my view there is none better such facility in the outer east of Melbourne.

I have used this business several times over the past years and always been satisfied with their courtesy, promptness, honesty and quality of work. If something small is overlooked, there is NEVER an issue to fix it. Reliable, long established service provider that supports the local community.

The dining experience varies according to how busy they are and who is managing the dining room. The food is very authentic, freshly prepared and easily recogniseable to a francophile as the real deal. Not TOP notch standard, but a refreshing change from your local aussie grub pretending to try the french touch.
