Needed to cancel our post redirection service as we are returning home earlier than expected. Very friendly and helpful service and even received a refund. Quite unexpected

Stopped overnight in this park on way home from WA. Basic park but clean and tidy and better than some we have encountered. Gravel grounds, powered sites and some have water connections but not all. A reasonable distance from Ceduna so is a good stopping spot

Had a reviving coffee here when it was our mid morning coffee break time. Very nice roadhouse which also runs hotel and motel and caravan accommodation. Very clean facilities with showers also available. A good spot for a break

Came in here and obtained the town map and the staff member marked up the places to go and see. It is always helpful to have a map provided by the local area. That way you can pick and choose where to go and you can ask for further information if you need to

On returning from WA we stopped overnight in the Balladonia Caravan Park. As expected it was a gravel/dirt park with a small amenities block and powered sites. The amenities were clean and the powered sites were well spaced. Booked in at the roadhouse. Would stay again as prefer the safety of caravan parks than staying just off road

Pleasant assistant gave us the map of the town and some information about the town. The 18km trail passed the London Bridge(rock formation) and a number of other things of interest. Finding this area fascinating - both past and present. However there are longish distances between services so be prepared

Another successful visit to the region's information centre. A very good array of brochures for the local area and free maps as well. More comprehensive maps also for sale if going off road etc. A good service

Gave us good information about visiting the Inside Australia site where there are 49 Statues by British sculptor Gormley. 51 kms nearly all on good gravel roads to Lake Ballard which is a salt lake. Usually no water but very impressive mirages as well as the art work. Enjoyed the views more than the art work though. Also enjoying following the Golden Quest Discovery Trail. These details are available from this visitor centre

This review is for Gwalia Ghost Town, Leonora WA

The town of Gwalia began in the late 1800's when a young Herbert Hoover (23)(an US president) was the mine manager of the Son's of Gwalia Mine. His home is now a B and B run together with the large museum. Audio equipment is also available to wander around the nearly deserted town. A large open pit gold mine now operates there instead of the underground mines

Another adequate park in the outback (goldfields area) of Western Australia. Transportable facilities which are new and fine for purpose. Large concrete pads for van and surrounded with good gravel. A very usable park . These old towns have a lot of history to take in
