Everything looks wonderful the decor is lovely but that is where it ends...there is obviously a huge staff shortage that left my 89 yr old parent continually left for hours in a wheelchair in their room with no access to buzzer, water, phone, reading glasses, tv remote.My parent is unable to stand,walk or re-position themselves, this became very frustrating and caused me much anxiety. [Redacted due to mentioning name] at this facility refused to listen to complaints. Language barrier with staff often encountered and Nurses quite rude at times. My Mums room stank all the time and [Redacted due to mentioning name] never available to talk to about my issues. Try somewhere else first. Ver Very expensive for what the facility offers.
