My daughter found an absolutely fantastic wedding dress in this store. They carry a range of larger sizes, one of the few in Brisbane to do so. It is hard to imagine what a dress will look like 2 or 3 sizes larger, so having one that is the right size or a bit larger makes all the difference when choosing the perfect gown.

The only place I ever have my hair done. It is an incredibly busy shop, so without an appointment you will have to wait your turn. No matter what style you want your hair cut, it always turns out exactly as you expected.

My husband needed prescriptions filled, and the chemist rushed them through for him even though others were there before us. I was searching for a silver evening bag for my daughter's wedding. They had several, but not the one I was looking for. A staff member rang the Stafford shop and found they had one that sounded like the one I wanted. She offered to have it sent over for me, but I went there and it was absolutely perfect.

I purchased clothing from the shop, unfortunately it was stolen from the clothes line. I had to explain to the staff what the insurance company wanted and they couldn't have been more helpful. They tried to find the exact same clothes from other stores, and matched the clothing piece by piece.

Loot is the most amazing place, I have literally spent hours browsing around before choosing what item I will buy. The staff will ask if you need assistance, but then discreetly vanish until you sally up to the counter.
