Great place to go for breakfast or a casual lunch, food and coffee always good. Has a great outdoor area, is relaxed and child friendly.

Have had my hair cut there a few times & my husband won't go anywhere else. Excellent at cutting mens hair and a good basic hair cut for women.

Excellent range of European & gourmet foods at a price that is reasonable for the quality. Service could improve, can be a bit slow & impersonal.

Went for a facial and express manicure & pedicure, got a package deal with a scoopon. I enjoyed the facial, it is always nice to be pampered but if had to pay the full price would have been very dissappointed. The express manicure & pedicure was only applying nail polish and this was poorly applied, the nail polish did not go the the edges of most nails could put it on better myself so felt it was a waste of money even although is was heavily discounted with the scoopon. Did not go back for the 2nd visit which was also included in the scoopon. Perhaps it is better when they don't offer deals but not going to risk it. Addit a friend went for the 2nd visit with the scoopon and said the facial was excellent and the nail polish application was better.

One of my favourite for a casual lunch in Smith St, the food has great flavours and reasonably priced. Staff always cheerful. Quirky, casual and relaxed.

Service was excellent, very efficient and friendly. Quality of the food was good and very reasonably priced we had two panini's (delicious) and coffees, great coffee. We sat outside as we found it a bit too noisy inside.

Have been there twice for jewellery and watch repairs, all aspects of the service was excellent. Have not bought from their but the jewellery items look high quality

Have purchased quite a lot of home decor items from here, always reasonably priced for the quality of the item. Most staff are very helpful to ensure you get the right item & allow you to take it back for a credit note if once you get it home it is not quite as you expected e.g. colour looks different or does not quite match.

Have been there a few times and the food has always been very good, to the standard you would expect of fine dining. Although a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area it is good value considering the quality of food, you have the table for the evening and don't get rushed for turn over. We pick our night depending upon who is the shift manager as this is the key for the best service, a well organised and experienced shift manager is essential to ensure the highest quality service.

Staff member who did my nails was rude, demanded payment before doing my nails. Nails were unevenly filed and when I asked for this to be rectified ignored me, nail polish application was good but nails were yellow & unsightly for a few weeks after the polish was removed. Would not recommend.
