I went because my sister and i had vouchers from a special promotion that had been running. It included hair cut, colour or highlights, head massage and treatment. We walked in and there was only one hairdresser - Giancarlo himself. He assessed my hair and my sisters hair and deemed it not worthy. We both felt intimidated as he told us what he would do and told us not to argue with him. We were both more than happy to trust him because he knew what he was doing and we had had terrible haircuts in the past. Altogether the experience took about 3-4hours and when we left we both felt incredible. Our hair was smooth, soft and silky and very flattering. He hadn't lathered it with product after cutting it to make it heavy again. The only down side is i saw his prices... without the voucher i would not have been able to afford to go there as we are talking $300+

My partner and I came here on our last visit to Hunter Valley. It was off peak in Hunter Valley and a Tuesday night. We arrived at around 8:30 for dinner, when we came into the restaurant i felt worried because there were only a few people left and i thought we would be rushed out the door when it got a bit late. However the service we received was flawless. We were offered pre-dinner drinks in front of the fire. By the time we had finished our mains we were the last people in the restaurant yet the staff never made us feel like we should hurry. Usually when my partner and I order out at a restaurant one of us always has the better tasting meal, even if it is only slightly. That did not happen at Roberts all the food was amazing. We will be coming back here every time we go to Hunter.

Andrew Frame is such an amazing dentist. He is kind and patient and will explain everything that he does to you if you have a phobia. He is always friendly and smiling and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

My partner and I had just moved in together and needed to furnish a house together... we went to seconds world to see if they had any good deals and ended up getting an oven, rangehood, tv, microwave, juicer and a vacuum cleaner over a period of 2months. The staff there were knowledgeable and friendly and the best bit was that they took care of us at every visit making sure we stayed within our budget and making us some incredibly good deals. I would definitely recommend them!!

We bought a flatpack kitchen from them. We provided measurements and told them it was our first time renovating and needed as many tips as possible... we provided the exact measurments we needed. What ended up happening is some of the items we ordered (custom made benchtop, pantry door, breakfast island back) where larger than the sizes we had asked for so we had to cut it down ourselves because the items were about 2 weeks late. Then our splashbacks were about 3months late... when they arrived they were the wrong colour, it took about another month (we were told 5business days). They didn't offer us any discount for the inconvenience and said that it was our fault for not knowing that some things came oversized... even though they ad us sign off on the EXACT measurements we wanted. The quality was good but there were hidden costs and the service wasn't good at all.
I would not use them again
