I love the products and that they are all fair trade. The chocolate is DELICIOUS!! Some things can seem "pricey" especially if you are a poor student but that is because the people making them are actually paid a reasonable price for the products. The staff there are very passionate and lovely people

Very disappointing haircut. I had been growing my hair out for about 9months when it was destroyed by this hairdresser. The only positive is the manager and senior stylist offered to fix it free of charge -- my problem was that my hair was already much too short and I didn't want it even shorter. I wouldn't go back here because of my experience but I wouldn't not recommend them because they had good customer service and offered to fix the problem.

They have an amazing selection and variety. Food is always fresh and value for money is good/reasonable. They have good quality Biltong (south african jerky) which can be difficult to find good quality. They also have a good selection of gourmet olive oils which can't be found in Sydney, also they have a good selection of Tasmanian cheeses which can't be found in other stores

The staff are constantly changing here and the prices are significantly more expensive than other stores. I usually like to support small businesses instead of Borders etc. however for some items the books are almost double the price which can be difficult sometimes.

Absolutely love this place!! We got our two kittens from here and they were healthy and well looked after, very people friendly. When one of them got sick about 6months later i took them to the VET at the RSPCA and they fixed her right up. We have always bought our animals from RSPCA and never a pet store.

The selection isn't as good as Hurstville store. Somewhat disappointing. Value for money is great and they do have some of the more popular sweet and savory options but still limited

After switching from AGL these guys were absolutely great!! their service is so much better - but not perfect, just as expected. People are kind and polite and listen to what you want.

When we moved we were charged termination and reconnection fees with AGL because we were on a two year contract. Then they did not give us the same deal/rate that we had at the old place. It took them about 4months to explain this to us and sort it out with me calling them every second day. More than once staff hung up on me and were very rude.
I had direct debit set up -- they stopped sending me paper bills and just charged my account. The problem was they double charged me, charged me the wrong amount etc. Not once did they get it right. I would ask them repeatedly to send me a paper bill BEFORE they charged my card and ended up cancelling my direct debit -- the problem with that is then you have to pay a % fee for paying by a different method...
Basically i was very frustrated with the poor service, the lack of respect and the repeated mistakes that i had to spend time and money chasing up to correct. Never again will I use AGL.

This is my favourite cupcake place. the ratio of cupcake to icing is perfect. They have had a price increase recently which means i haven't been able to justify the new price yet but i do love them on special days!!
