I've used paypal for several years now and find it great for use. Initially I got it to use with ebay and have since appreciated the online businesses that also use paypal. Helpful service when I've had questions and the cost of transactions in $US was a lot better than I was getting with a debit card. I like the security, flexibility and ease of use.

This review is for Podiatry@Belmont, Belmont VIC

I went to podiatry@belmont because of a variety of problems with my feet when walking. The podiatrist did a great job of asking questions, examing my feet and also the way I walked. Then she suggested an experiment with taping my feet to see if that would help the problem. This proved to be very painful which wasn't comfortable at all for me; however it did give the podiatrist needed information and led to her suggesting I see a physiotherapist for help and finding that corrective foot wear wasn't necessary. Mixed feelings because of the pain, but overall I think the service was very good and professional and also helpful in suggesting other options. Good price for the service as well and helped having the hicaps

This review is for The Tempting Choice, Highton VIC

Nice and quiet most of the time which makes a nice alternative to some of the busier places around Highton village. I like popping in here if I'm wanting to buy chocolates (expensive but delicious range) or sit down and have a chocolate milkshake and choose from the range of cakes and slices. Usually not a large selection although I've always found something. They also do a range of other food eg. sandwiches, quiche, however after one experience when I was kept a long time waiting (when it was again very quiet) I haven't been back for lunch.

Offers take away and delivery service. I've only had the delivery and generally have encountered about a 40 min wait although it's always been well worth it. Great range of food with my favourites being their chicken in black bean sauce and the sweet and sour pork in batter; I always have the special fried rice as well. Tasty and a reasonable amount of food for your money

This review is for Geelong Ultrasound For Women, Geelong VIC

verified email - 12 Feb 2013

Extremely kind and professional in what is always going to be an awkward situation. I needed an ultrasound for a reason other than pregnancy and arrived very stressed and scared. In return I was treated with reassurance and was given a lot of helpful information by the sonographer. A previous ultrasound at another location was very embarrasing and difficult and it was a relief to have such a better experience. Friendly office staff and I had a short waiting time on both visits

This review is for Wildlife Coast Cruises, Cowes VIC

This was the most amazing experience and one that I nearly missed! Arriving at the time arranged for the tour my friend and I were given the bad news that the terrible weather on the previous day meant it was far too rough on the water to go and do the seal cruise. The tour company had tried to contact us but we'd been out viewing koalas and exploring Phillip Island and missed the phone call. They kindly offered us another cruise which would be within the sheltered area of the water but wouldn't include the seals which is what I really wanted to see.

Then they said another option if we wanted to take a cruise rather than get our money back was to return the next day. Thankfully we were staying another night although had planned to head back around the time the cruise was leaving but decided to postpone leaving until after seeing the seals. I'm so glad we did!

The trip out there was incredible fun and at times very rough out on the water. We sat up on the top of the boat (ship?) and after a few attempts at standing up while we were travelling realised it was a lot easier to stay seated (either that or fall flat!). It was fun to go past the Nobbies where we'd been the night before and get to see the views there from a complete different angle. Then at one point we were told that the captain could see dolphins but unfortunately I missed those.

Arriving at the seals is very hard to describe. To look out at the rocks and then realise that what at first looks like rocks is hundreds and hundreds of seals. Then to see them in the water around you; or climbing into the little rock pools. To notice the smell and the sounds of several thousand seals; until then the few at Melbourne Zoo were the most I'd seen at one time. I was in awe of what we saw and then we were told that at other times in the year there were something like another 4,000plus seals to what we were seeing then; again incredible. The boat got so close to the rocks where the seals were and it's a great photographic experience as well as wonderful time. A must for anyone who enjoys seals and doesn't mind rough water!

This review is for Depot De Pain, Carlton North VIC

After a longish walk to Rathdown village it was such a treat to find Depot de Pain. From the wonderful entrance door to the delightful display cabinets and atmosphere within, I really enjoyed my lunch here. The hardest part is really deciding what to have their pies looked particularly good but I settled on quiche. I found it a bit squashy inside but we'd arrived at a very busy time so that was understandable. Staff were friendly and I wished I could have taken some of their pastries home with me but didn't think they'd last the walk back; we did take one of their pies home though :)

I have eaten here twice. The first time was for lunch and the food was very good but the service slow although it was very busy. The second time was for dinner and the service was a lot quicker although it was still busy. Both times I've had the gnocchi which was delicious and came in a creamy sauce. Good value and taste overall

This review is for Yarra Trams, Melbourne VIC

Crowded, often standing room only, running late ... and yet with all of that still such a great service and I'm still thankful we have the trams running in Melbourne. So handy for navigating the streets and getting around. For those who haven't taken a tram in awhile make sure you check out myki before boarding. I use public transport in Melbourne so the trams are an essential part of any visit

This review is for Market Square Car Park, Geelong VIC

I try to always park here when I'm in the the city centre of Geelong. On occassions when it's full there will be a sign outside so keep an eye out when accessing the car park. Great value if you will only be in Geelong for a few hours; after 5 hours though the price jumps up significantly (I got caught out with this once by just missing the time limits). Easy access to lifts. I prefer the rooftop for parking but if you prefer a roof over your car there are lots of other options.
