I highly recommend Darren. I chose him out of four electricians to rewire my house. He stood out as he turned up on time, was the only one to provide a detailed estimate (giving me confidence that it wasn't a guesstimate that would blow out), he also spoke to me respectfully (unlike others who were condescending or rude). Each day he talked me through the work undertaken and what still needed to be done. He also stayed back late with his team to finish work to ensure it was done within the schedule agreed. He is absolutely wonderful. I would have him back anytime & tell all my friends about him.

This is a really good business. Thy provide detailed quotes, give good advice and are professional. I was stuffed around by two other terrible insulation companies and these guys saved the day. They're a credit to the industry

Ian is amazing. He exceeded my expectations for a mortgage broker and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He got me a loan 0.6% cheaper than anyone else (comparison rat, not just quoted rate) and when you're borrowing over $500k that's significant! I approached my bank, credit union, iselect and clickhomeloans and he beat them all. Plus, he treated me with respect, gave me lots of information and even though I'm first home buyer he wasn't patronising. And he was always available and made sure my conveyancer was on top of everything. I doubt things would have gone so smoothly without him.

Terrible business, I would not recommend them to anyone. My gas & electricity bills were 3 times higher than any of energy bill I have had in my life. I spent months talking to them trying to figure out if there was a problem with my meter. The customer service was terrible, I struggled to even get details of my meter reading (they kept providing me with the meter number). Some of the staff had language issues and couldn't understand my request, others were just plain rude. I should have just switched. My bills were between $200 and $380 per MONTH. My quarterly bill with Origin Energy is now $94 a QUARTER. I do get 24% off for the first year but it is still such a massive difference in price. Don't make the mistake of signing up to Lumo, you will regret it.
