I travel to Sydney for work every 3 to 4 weeks, and used to try different hotels each time using wotif and lastminute until about 5 years ago. The first time I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton I had a Harbour view room with a king size bed. Tony, the porter was helpful in organizing my bags, and check in was prompt and courteous.

The room was clean and well appointed. I ordered a fruit salad for breakfast on the breakfast menu that hangs off of door. When morning arrived, the lady who brought my breakfast said "I hope you don't mind sir, wew noticed that you had ordered the fruit salad only -- and have changed your order to the ala cart menu, as the serving is a little larger and costs less". So, basically, while I was sleeping the staff were thinking about how to make my experience better!

In every stay since -- I have been constantly impressed by their culture if excellent service. Peter, Gary and Amber on concierge are constantly there to help and go above and beyond. Tony, and Johnsan always greet with a smile that makes you feel like you are coming home.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world -- and there are many more expensive with nicer facilities and even views (although the view is pretty impressive) ... But these guys do great service!
