This is a cute cafe near Spring Street on Flinders Lane. Fabulous location for me from work and great service. They are friendly and always have different specials and variety to keep me surprised and coming back.

A cute little cafe with fabulous turkish bread sandwiches. Always packed at lunchtimes. It also has a selection of hot foods and cakes/pastries and is much better quality food than it's nearest neighbours

We searched around Launceston looking for a good deal on car rental for a 6 day period - the employees in the other car hire companies were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we got to Avis the Customer Service rep was awesome - he gave us an average quote, but was prepared to help get us the right car. We ended up paying for a Hyundai Getz and being upgraded to a Toyota Camry 2.4 Auto. This was an amazing car and really make the holiday so much fun!!

Setting up the mobile broadband connection was a fairly straight forward procedure, however the call centre was based abroad, so the poor Customer Service bloke had no chance of understanding what I was saying. I had to spell every word very slowly, including words like 'street' - the whole phone call took 45 minutes (as opposed to the claim made by 3G "quick and easy to set up - in just 15 minutes!").
The service I've received since has been absolutely trouble-free, and overall I am pleased with this ISP.

The food was good quality and all food was presented to the table at the same time - that's about where the good points end for this restaurant.
This is a top-end restaurant, and for the price you pay for food and wine, I would've expected a more personal service.
When we were seated, the waiter asked us if we wanted water for the table - we said yes, then he started pouring sparkling water from a bottle - without clarifying whether we wanted still or sparkling or letting us look at the prices/options in the menu. This one bottle of sparkling water was $12 on the bill.
The menu was too small, with only one vegetarian option.
The waiter at our table changed 3 times during the meal.
The bottled wine list was huge, and the wine available by the glass tasted cheap, but was hugley expensive.
I expected more from this restaurant.

I rented an economy car using the internet booking system, when I arrived I was upgraded from a Yaris to a Corolla for no extra cost. This was a fabulous surprise and definitely made the drive along the Great Ocean Road much more enjoyable. The only downside is the location of their office, there's no petrol stations nearby - which makes it difficult to fill up the fuel tank before you return the car.
I was slightly late returning the car - about 45 mins - due to traffic and wasn't charged any extra.
Also - they are adhering to the current water ban and not cleaning the cars inbetween rentals, definitely a gold star in my book!

The Casino complex has EVERYTHING you could ever want or need! There's enough fastfood outlets to satisfy any craving and so many top-clas (very exclusive and expensive) shops. You'd better dress up a bit fancy for this one - just in case you wander into the more posh bits!

Until recently I'd onoly ever sat outside to eat - as it's such a perfect location; during a rain storm last week we ventured inside, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the incredible decor, roaring fire and friendly staff. The Butter Chicken dish is fabulous, as is the breads with flavoured butter starters.

Fabulous Spub bar, a definite if you've got a big hunger! There are so many ingredients and options, plus it can be as healthy (or not) as you like. The big bonus is the loyalty card.

Really cheap fares and good quality aeroplanes, good international routes and fabulous inflight team. Definitely good to have some more competition in the low-fare airline industry.
