Monthly cut and colour. Service is fantastic, lovely experience, highly recommended. Always on time, great value for money. Have been going regularly since they started a few years ago. Would not consider going anywhere else.

They mainly stock Festool brand tools and I went there to get a demonstration of a few tools. Very pleasant experience. The guy was very knowledgeable about the tools and their features. There was no pressure and no crowds as you have to make an appointment which means you get full attention.
Not being a festool junkie myself, they are nice tools but overpriced. Whilst not a fault of this business directly, they sure could do with a sale or two.

Our experience seems to be the opposite of most of the reviews here.
We have always had excellent service and the staff (reception and vets) are really great.
Our dog too had a bad reaction with his C5 annual shot. We phoned them and they were very helpful and said to bring him in if it didn't get any better. It didn't get worse and he slow got better that night. The next day they rang to see if he was OK.
They put a note on his record and every year we go there they give him a shot or two to reduce the reaction and it works well.
He always gets treated very well and gets a treat.
The prices are surprisingly low for what you get.

We always have take away pizza and it is usually ready within a few minutes of the expected time after our phone order. Good amount of topping and great flavour. Their shredded ham is a little on the fatty side and the result can be a slightly soggy base on high ham content pizzas.
The prices are a bit high, especially for gourmet which most are not very special.

They have a huge range of woodworking tools, machines, books and glues etc. Very helpful when you need advice and the stuff is there to be looked at and touched. Their website and catalogue have so many things in them. I've purchased a lot of items from them in most of their price ranges and the quality is excellent.

Large ceiling fan, light and remote unit installed in the place where an existing light was. They used existing wiring at our request to save time and hassle. (we have solid brick). It took longer than I thought, but we had a fixed price quote so no drama.
They seemed to have taken the not used fan control switch with them when the left. No big deal, but not the right thing to do.

Purchased complete set of fitted kitchen appliances on one occasion and just a Fridge and dishwasher when we moved recently.
Staff are very helpful and provide great prices when you create a package of your own. Since our first great experience we now just do a quick look around and go straight to them for a good deal. Saves a lot of time and their delivery service is excellent.

We had our split system air con topped up with refrigerant as it was low and not cooling very well. After the work was done it was very cold and we were happy. He did a few checks and made sure it was working. But the original cause of the low refrigerant wasn't investigated, so nine months later it is low again and we have poor cooling.

We have used them on a number of occasions for daycare and holiday care for our pooch and he has always been well looked after.
The staff are great and understand people who love their dogs.
The minders are fantastic and always make you feel welcome and show a love of dogs and their happiness.
We highly recommend them to everyone that wants their dog or dogs looked after when they take a holiday or don't like leaving them home alone.

Good service and they always let you know what is going on and approximate prices. They could be a little cleaner under the bonnet on occasion, but not too bad. They check out the problem before rushing in to fix the wrong thing
