Front reception very friendly and helpful (they smiled at me! and were very relaxed and welcoming.) Play area for kids in waiting room, kept in good order. Dental Hygiene lady, Michelle, is most excellent and thorough; her explanations are comprehensive and easy to understand, and she has a way with kids that makes things run much more smoothly. Dentists are very concerned about your comfort, and thorough in their examination. Great parking available nearby. And only a very small gap left between their bill and our health fund refund, done on the spot. Free tooth brushes and sample toothpastes are given after visits.
