Phoned up late afternoon to get someone to come out to inspect our faulty ducted heating system. Received a call-back the next morning that Mark was in the area and could come around straight away. He arrived within 30 minutes and had inspected the heater, identified the problem straight away. I was told he would need to order in parts and they would be ready the following day and offered me a quote. Shortly after leaving he phoned back to let me know he had the parts in stock and was on his way back to fit them. He was back almost straight away, installed, and the heater was up and running again. He also measured the CO levels in the house. Not too shabby for an early morning's work.
