I am so glad I chose Anne and David to take care of the funeral arrangements and conduct the funeral for my beloved Mum last week. The funeral took place at Lilydale Memorial Park Chapel, and was a beautiful tribute to my Mum. Anne conducted the service beautifully; she took the time to find out what Mum was like, and it really felt like she had known Mum personally. I have had many family members and friends contact me to say how beautiful Mum's service was. Comments such as: "The funeral was a such a dignified and lovely celebration of ___'s life and so befitting of her", and "It was an amazing ceremony". From the first moment I contacted Anne and David, they were so kind, caring and helpful. Anne met with me in my home several times, and was happy for me to contact her any time I needed to. It was such a relief to have someone calmly and capably organise everything, at a time when I was feeling so distressed and overwhelmed. David was wonderful also, and treated my Mum with great respect and dignity. I also felt that Oakdale Funerals were very reasonable in their pricing. Anne and David are both kind, caring and totally professional. I recommend them unreservedly and thank them so much for their beautiful celebration of my precious Mum's life.
