After three attempts at sanding and polishing our floors we are left with a patchy, pitted, uneven textured floors due to the coating drying too quickly. After paying even the reduced price invoice I am still annoyed and disappointed every time I look at my floors in the daylight.

These guys came highly recommended to us by a couple of family members and colleagues but I cannot recommend JB to anybody in good faith. In fairness, they were highly professional and receptive to our feedback and made efforts to make good on the poor finished product but after three attempts I have no faith they could deliver a good result so did not invite them back for a fourth crack at a passable job.

To add insult to injury, not only did we have to leave our home on three occasions to allow the team access, we lost an entire fridge and freezer full of food due to one of their team members turning off our fridge to plug in his sander. Our fridge was left unplugged for several days.

I am amazed that we have any floor boards left after the number of attempts JB Floor sanding had at sanding them. I am also amazed that we were charged AT ALL for their repeated efforts when the end job was less impressive than one I could have achieved myself with a sander hired from a hardware store.
