Scott did two inspections for us in Rowville. First one before an auction and I met him at the property. Scott's exhaustive report brought out major structural and other defects in the house which, on the outside, looked absolutely stunning . We were able work out how much extra expenses would go into post purchase repairs and accordingly arrived at our price estimate. We did not bid. Second inspection was after making offer on a property on private sale. He did the inspection well before the building and pest inspection condition was set to expire. Once again he carried out a thorough job and we have gone ahead with the purchase. Besides helping us in purchase decision making his reports will be of great help in planning repairs and maintenance on the property. Excellent work.
