We purchased a mobile phone from this store. The phone was supposed to be silver and black as displayed in store, when we got home and looked at the box the label on the side said PINK and GREY!!!!!! We took the phone back to the store 18 hours after purchase still in the wrapped and unopened box in the original bag with the reciept still attached, when we got back to the store and started to explain that we were given the wrong phone and would like to return it and maybe go up to the next model, we didnt even get half way through why we wanted to return the phone and take another one when the sales clerk said straight out, "NO WE WONT TAKE IT BACK,ONCE IT LEAVES THE STORE, OPENED OR NOT IT BECOMES SECONDHAND,EVEN IT IF HASNT BEEN OPENED" We left in disgust and have since gone over to another servic provider after 10 years with Vodafone. I will say that Vodafone have said they will look into the matter as ALL other Vodafone stores would have taken the phone back,but couldnt due to the fact that it is Inside Mobile are the sales agents for Vodafone...

Not only is this property only 50m from the beach but it is within walking distance to the main hub of Apollo Bay. From check in to check out the service here was just fantastic, the owner of the property was more helpful than the information center in town and guided us in the right direction for all site seeing activities.
The rooms were extremely clean and well presented and fully air condtioned. Over all great value for money with fantastic service.

I have been to these guys to buy birds and bird products and find that the staff there have bben exceptionally friendly and knowlegable. I brought quiet a large bird cage from there and the young lady who served me offered to take the cage apart for easy transport, she did this and whilst doing it gave me a step by step breakdown of how to put it back together. Overall it is THE BEST pet store that I have found in Melbourne by far!!
