AMAZING!!! These guys took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hopes, our goals, and they looked at everything from an holistic perspective. They were upfront with everything, their processes, their costs, who they're linked to, how they make money... everything! Finally, we have a plan that we feel confident about! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Not the cheapest, but easily the best! The sun shines out of these guys, they are professional, organised and honest. They fitted our solar on time, as agreed, with a full explanation about how it works and what to do. They invited us to contact them if we had problems. Overall, I could not be more impressed. The advice that they gave was realistic and fair. True local professionals.

The food here is average at best, the service, decor and atmosphere are perfectly aligned to the quality of food. So if what you need is average food, average service in a dingy restaurant, then choose to come to Bistro 1! Not impressed, and having tried twice (just to be sure) we certainly won't be coming back!

The food here is always yummy, but the service is slow, like really slow! The staff are friendly but don't expect this to be a quick dinner. You do always get more than enough (we usually get the leftovers boxed up to take home, that's always a bonus!)

We have had my engagement party, and a birthday party here (plus plenty of casual lunches, late breakfasts, and cosy dinners). We will keep on coming back, the staff are great, the service is fabulous, the food is yummy, and the wine selection is broad!

I'm not going to lie, the prices, just like the flight itself are up in the clouds, by Oh. My. Goodness!! What a thrill!! I bought a flight as a surprise for my lil sister (and me of course) and the guys here couldn't have been more helpful, they made this experience truly sky high!! If you have money to burn and want something that really is "up there" then this has to be it!!!

It seems like this place is always busy, and I can tell why, the coffee is decent, the food is yummy and the atmosphere is relaxed. Certainly when I'm in town, and need a bite to eat, I come here.

What lovely ladies work here... I took my 3 year old to get a dress for ballet lessons, they made her feel like a million dollars as they showed her a range of beautiful dresses (all in the colour that she had chosen, and all after having checked with me my price range). They cooed over her and turned her from a little shy, to a little star!! Thank you! You made this such a special experience for me and my growing-up-too-fast little girl

Great attentive service from staff who were happy to listen to what I needed, and then, knowing their stock very well smoothly showed me around the store to the key items that I needed. Great range of products too, a one stop shop for most parties.

Reasonable range of paper supplies (probably the best choice I've found in Townsville). A little on the pricey side, but if you're making something special, invitations for example, then this is probably your best option. They also stock a good amount of accessories (ribbons etc) and can make your invites for you too - again for a cost. Overall, I was quite impressed
