We had dinner for 4 on a reasonably busy evening, the food we had was pretty good (deserts weren't great but main and starters were great). They did however forget our starter, and forgot about one of our desert orders. We were apologised to and given a round of drinks on the house but a little disappointing. Overall, good atmosphere, good beers (they brew their own) and nice food.

I took my daughter for her first haircut, made a point of telling the hairdresser so that she could be mindful. She sprayed her hair with water, cut her hair and did a reasonable job. And then she just wondered off, I had no idea that she'd even finished. I was then charged $16 for a child's cut, which according to the sign includes shampoo, condition and cut. Very disappointed, I certainly will not recommend or return.

Paul and Judy are amazing, they know us by our dogs names (which is exactly what we want). They really care and really know what's what. I had an incident with a snake and was worried, Paul didn't have lunch so that he could see my dog (luckily all was ok). They are helpful, flexible and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

By far the best range and choice if shoes and bags in Townsville. The store is cleverly organised into colours so to find a shoe for a particular outfit is so easy. The staff are always friendly and they even have a loyalty discount card. They also have accessories, bags, belts, fascinators and jewellery to complete an outfit. Love this store!

I always get good hair days after visiting these guys. They work hard to make it a pampering hair experience rather than somewhere to just get a hair chop. With a drinks menu, warm or cool towel to refresh, foot spa and scalp massage in the vibrating massage chair I'm always left feeling pretty special. They do charge a little more than other places locally, but I love the way that they always do a great job of my hair, whilst making me feel pretty special too.

I was given a half day spa treatment and it was truly out if this world, the therapist was perfect, was chatty without being too much, friendly and calming but very knowledgeable too. The service overall from everyone that I dealt with was amazing! It is on the pricey side compared to other spa treatments locally, but for something a bit extra special, this is the place to go!

I've never left here feeling anything other than relaxed, happy and gorgeous. The staff are genuinely friendly and really are skilled at what they do. Whether I've been here for a simple wax or skin treatment or just to relax I've loved the experience.

The food here is always delicious, sometimes the portions just aren't big enough though! The staff are really knowledgeable about their food and can recommend good wine to accompany too, which is awesome. Quality matters to these guys and I have never had a bad meal here.

Rewards Central is ideal for someone that spends time on the internet and wants to have a bit of fun. Points take months to appear in the account and some never arrive at all, which is disappointing. Having said that, if the purchase was going to be made anyway, the points earned is just a bonus anyway.

The atmosphere here is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The coffee is delicious, rich and strong. The staff are happy to make it stronger or milder though too. The smoothies are out if this world and prepared using fresh ingredients, you can taste the difference! The food is delicious as are the cakes and snacks. Love the cafe!!
