My husband and I recently purchased a brand new cx -9. We dealt with salesperson - Grant. After hours of negotiation, they wouldn't budge on price but threw in a lot of accessories so we left, relatively happy! Grant has been in touch with us twice in the last month to keep us updated on the ETA which we think is great.

Consistently great food. Usually have their Hanoi spring rolls, bun and/or special broken rice. Food here is authentic. Service is average, communication is sometimes a problem. They don't really modify their dishes to suit, for instance this one time I wanted the beef in my soup fully cooked, had to send it back to the kitchen three times before they got it right.

Thank you to Edy, the amazing physio who works here a couple of days a week. He was recommended by my neighbour initially and he helped me fix pain in my back in a couple of visits. Friendly and really knows his stuff!

Jenny sold us our investment property mid 2015. We were happy she was able to be upfront and negotiate a long settlement for us.

So far we have been happy with her and the rental team who are looking after our rental property.

This is like a second home. The teachers are knowledgable and friendly. The owner, Maggie - she's amazing and uplifting in nature.

Love their lunch menu. It's pricey but gosh, their sashimi don is amazeballs. Rice is flavoured and fish oh, so fresh, every single time!
Their dinner is very exy so we don't find it value for money,

We used to come here a lot when they first opened. However the last three times we went, their agedashi tofu was cold on the in side. Their sashimi is not fresh, we've seen the frozen packets and tastes awful compared to freshly prepared fish. Their chicken bao, is consistently good though.

Baby gallery has the most sarcastic and rude staff of any baby shop I've ever stepped foot into. My gf introduced me to the store a few months back, indeed they have a massive range but their service was such a let down we just left. The story is simple. My girlfriend and I were shopping together for big items - prams/ cots and car seats as both our babies are due around the same time. We were hoping to get a good deal together during the EOFY. When we approached the staff they were like, 'oh you guys are cheating' - as in we were combining items together into one. I rolled my eyes and asked to speak with the owner as she was floating around. She was very fixed on pricing and would not budge so we left.

Got a great package deal here on big items for myself and my in laws. Staff are knowledgable and friendly. I dealt with the lady owner and she's so nice and answered many of my questions with no hesitation.

Hands down to the best sar hor fun and char keuy teow in Melbourne. Aaron and his team waste no time in getting food ready on your table. Weekends can get busy so booking in advance would be wise.
