The Staff at Babytime we at all times friendly, helpful and never once made us feel like we needed to rush. Their expertise was greatly appreciated, their product knowledge outstanding and unlike to big "super stores", they didn't push the high price items when another product was just as good.

At the end of all our buying, they gave us a great package price which was cheeper than the big stores.

Why would anyone want the advice of a 22 year old single girl working at babyco, when you can tap in the wisdom of a mum with 4 kids at Baytime?

It's all about the people. From the moment I walked in the door for the first time, I was made to feel like their best friend, and that the whole centre (and all the other dogs) was their just for my dog. After every visit, my dog comes home happily tired, and if she could talk, I know the only subject she would be interested in is when she gets to go again. It is wonderfully refreshing to find two owners of a pet business who are in it because of their love of dogs and desire to spend their days surrounded by them; and not just for money.

I can't recommend the centre highly enough. People who think it is just about having your dog looked after during the day have it all wrong. dog day care is about socialisation, fitness, training, health and above all else, bringing home a very happy dog!!
