All 3 of my children have learned to swim effectively under the Aquatic Achievers swim curriculum- at their Aspley and then, North Lakes centres. Their methods are wonderful and the staff are friendly, well-trained, and patient. I have watched children of all ages and abilities, including those with strong special needs, learn to swim in beginner's lessons at the centre- they will cater for ALL children. Also, it is always lovely to watch extra staff come in part-way through lessons and assist each other in a team teaching role, making sure our children get the best attention. The smiles on the kids' faces every week prove Aquatic Achievers meet their goals. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The little businesses are the best ! I travelled to the Sunshine Coast because Brisbane did not have what I was after. Came across this shop (Indonesian/Balinese furniture) but we were 10 minutes late- they had closed. The employee saw us, opened up the shop especially, and just went out of her way with the service. They didn't have one item we were after, so they found it in a catalogue, showed us, and two days later, they organised for their delivery guys to drive to our house on Brizzy's northside to show us the piece in the truck to see if it matched other furniture I owned !! It did, I bought it on the spot and they assembled, cleaned and polished the piece then and there for me, and gave me advice on how to maintain it. You don't get much service like that these days...and delivery was free....I can't recommend these guys more highly...Fantastic sale prices, fantastic service, down-to-earth genuine business owners/employees, the kind of people I would gladly do business with any day of the week. I will be back for matching pieces in the future !!
