The Junk Bar is awesome, we love coming here! It's got an awesome 60s/70s vibe to it, great mixed drinks, some great live music too! We love that it's local and we can both drink, and don't have to worry too much about the cost of a uber home because it's local.

The decor here is so fun, its a great little spot for breakfast! Fairly standard fare, coffee, milkshakes, but its a great place for kids and parking is so easy which is not the usual case for ashgrove.

It's got your standard cafe menu, it's a little pokey in there when it gets busy (and it does get busy!), but they have great food, and good service. I really like their salads for lunch. Street parking is nearly impossible, park in the nearby centers.

Delicious cakes! Parking at this centre can be hard due to the busy Waterworks Road, but once you do find a park, it's worth it. She does beautiful special order cakes too.

Their meat is awesome, and they give great service.
It is way better than other local butchers and supermarkets and they know it. Good meat is never cheap, but sometimes the price tag here can hurt!

Good little Indian restaurant nestled within a small centre with other restaurants. They have good lunch specials and they're kid friendly.

Their burgers are huge, my partner loves them, but I certainly can't eat a whole one myself! I like that I (as an adult) can order a kids meal as often places won't let you. Also,their loaded fries are amazing! Good selection of US soda/soft drinks too.

Probably my favorite for Thai in the local area! Also one of the few non-pizza restaurants that deliver to the Gap, so that is a plus. The parking in the centre can be difficult if its busy, also, its a one way road.

I have only eaten here once but their spring rolls are awesome! We also had Laksa and Pad thai and the food was good. It's not cheap, but pretty comparable to other thai restaurants in terms of affordability.

The food is good , but the service is slow and the hours it is open are crazy. Probably 90% of the time the food is 10-15 minutes later than the estimate given when you order.
