The two ladies in the make-up (Clarins & Shiseido) are wonderful at picking colours & were more than happy to use a mixture of brands on me & didn't pressure me into buying everything. There are lots of pharmacy assistants and the pharmacist is a very nice guy.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely shop assistant. I told her what I was aftre and she found me exactly what I was looking for - on sale! It was only a plain pair of earrings for $100 but she treated me just as I imagine she would a $10 000 customer. Great experience

I bought a $500 agenda from Mont Blanc and when I got it home I found that the refills did not fit in the agenda. I took it back to the shop and they also could not fit them on properly. They gave me a credit note (despite it being obviously faulty) and told me they had to send it away to confirm it was faulty & then I could have my money back. It took well over a month to sort out.

I have been a member of Fitness First for around 6 months and yet everytime I walk into a club I feel as if I'm bombarded with sales people trying to sell me personal training, their clothing line etc. I'm already paying! The classes are ridiculously overcrowded and there's very little in the way of morning classes.

The first time I went the salesperson was really into the "Hi I'm ... what's your name" type greeting but they've backed off a bit as they've gotten busier. They have a good range of clothes, the vintage stuff is v. overpriced but the rest is quite good. Nice shoes also

An absolutely awesome atmosphere when you sit outside with a friend and coffees. The food is a little overpriced but so is everything on campus but they definitely have the best coffees and the hottest barristas

An excellent milkshake and coffee. It can be quite busy on saturdays but that's understandable. Good range of cakes however, not wonderful with cake orders. Considering its in the middle of a shopping centre it is quite a nice spot to sit.

They make your fish & chips quite fast. As far as fish & chips go they're quite good, price is reasonable and good range of fish. The drinks are cold and theres a good bakery nearby for chip sandwiches!

Lucy has been doing my glasses and contacts for years. She is very aware of what young people want and will try many different options until you find the exact right brand of contact lense etc

They set up my Blackberry on a very good plan. They also combined my home phone, internet and mobile on one bill to give me an extra 100 text messages a month for free
