MetroMovers were my first call when I had to move from my apartment in Melbourne to my new apartment in Docklands.
I was a little bit worried to have to go through the traumatic time again. I had moved 12 months before and that was the worst experience of my life.
The day that I called to the office, my nerves were put to ease. The office staff were thorough and patient and listened to all of the logistical requirements of my move. It is never easy to arrange a move around 2 lift bookings with time constraints, but they seemed to do it without any hesitations.
My removal team arrived on time on the day of my move, they were extremely well presented. The truck was HUGE (much bigger than my last move) and had everything required for an organised and well planned move.
The 3 men were polite and careful with my items and after a very quick 6 hours I was in my new home. All without anything going wrong.
