Virgin Blue is great! I love the easy to use Web check in, so we can do it at home and pick the seats we want. We can do it at the airports too with the self-check-in stands, it's so much smoother for a regular flyer. I don't check in any bags so I can pretty much arrive 15 minutes before the flight and it's all good.
I would recommend FlyBuys to anyone. People say these points never add up but for the last 3 years I've received about $100 every year from FlyBuys, you just have to know how to use it. The key thing is using their Source Mastercard and NAB credit card. Without it, you would not receive much at all. Although the credit card points aren't as high as it used to be so I think it's harder to accumulate the points now.
Not as many varieties or labels as Melbourne. Customer service can be quite slow, but I guess I've always gone during peak hours. During Christmas, it was much too busy, which a lot of the esculators not being able to be used due to human traffic control? It was very slow to get out of. However all the cashiers are polite and friendly.
NAB customer service is pretty good and much better than a lot of the customer services out there. Once I cashed out $20 but forgot to take it and they refunded back to me. Also I had disputed a transaction in which they were quick to look into.
This website is fantastic and easy to navigate. It does not have as many listings as Domain but I like the search functions better. I also like the interface better, it is much cleaner. We found my current apartment on this site.
