Used these guys for periodic inspections when building a new home. Found them to be reliable and professional. There fees were reasonable and their customer service was outstanding. They were always happy to explain anything from their reports or answer my questions. I'm glad I used them and would do so again in the future. They picked up on things that I would never had noticed, and having it in writing really helped in convincing the builder to comply with my requests.

These guys build pergolas etc but I found them a little expensive, and not overly friendly. Didn't end up hiring them to do the job, as their quote was quite high and didn't like the ideas he offered at the quotation appointment. Customer service skills could be improved, as well as turning up on time for the appointments.

This company laid a front brick fence for me. After much research, and getting loads of quotes from different labourers, this company definitely stood out. Their quote was exceptionally cheaper than the others. They were reliable (and actually turned up to do the quote - unlike some others!) The work they did was of good quality and they did the job in one afternoon with approx. 4 labourers, instead of taking the whole weekend with one or two labourers. I would definitely call them again for any bricklaying jobs.

I LOVE Café Vanille. This café is the absolute BEST. I have been a daily customer for approx. 2 1/2 years now. Their coffee is absolutely beautiful ( and even moreso if the young dark male makes it for you!). If you ask for a hot late', it'll actually be a HOT late'. Their croissants are lovely. Very occasionally I have thought they may be a day old, but for the most part they are really fresh and baked to perfection - that's why I go there every single day!!! The service is good - most of the staff are really friendly and accommodating. But it can get a little busy there, but I think that is a good thing because it shows that people like the coffee/food. I'd be more concerned if it were quiet! The owners are lovely people, and the variety of food and quality of food is very good. The all-day breakfast is great, and their scrambled eggs are lovely. Well done, café vanilla.

I'm really disappointed with this café. Their service could be ALOT better, especially with the younger staff. They often appear under-staffed, and I'll often find myself waiting to place any order whilst the younger workers and too busy chatting with each other to realise that there is a customer waiting! The coffee is ok - not great but not awful. The prices are reasonable. It's a real disappointment because I have been to plenty other Gloria Jean's cafes and been really happy with the quality of coffee and service.

After much research regarding price and quality, I ended up ordering all our window flyscreens and security doors through this company (after my dad recommended them). I was happy with their price (not the cheapest but definitely not the dearest), and it was a straight-forward process of ordering what I wanted. The man came and measured up and then came back a few weeks later to install. We even almost got an expensive triple stacking security door for the price of a cheap one, but they later realised their mistake and ended up invoicing me the difference approx. 1 week later (duh!) That was approx. 2 1/2 years ago now and the quality of the screens and doors is great. Haven't had any problems with any of them. Would order through them again.

Built with Carlisle Homes 2 years ago and would do it again with them in a heartbeat. They were professional, understanding, helpful, and accommodating. Of course no build goes 100% smoothly, but as an overall, I was very pleased with this builder.
Any problems, they were quick to rectify. Any issues, they were quick to solve. They were always happy to provide me with any information I requested. The quality of the build was really good, especially compared to some other builders. The quality of the materials CH use is high. The quality of their work is high.
The one negative I found with CH was that there was often errors in their paperwork/drawings. So I always had to study the paperwork/drawings, but as soon as I brought the error to their attention it was quickly rectified.
I found them quite accommodating regarding making changes to the plan/contract, and even allowed some changes without incurring Post Contract Variation charges.
Their Spectra display centre in Mulgrave is fantastic - giving you an opportunity to view most materials in person, without having to travel around to all the suppliers to view each product (ie. tiles, bricks, doors, carpets, laminate flooring, toilets, baths, sinks, ovens, rangehoods, etc).
The build was completed in approx. 3 months, which I was satisfied with.
They were more than happy to allow private inspections throughout stages of the build.
After seeing a bad review of CH online prior to contract signing, I almost cancelled the whole thing. But I ended up discussing my concerns with the sales lady at Lyndhurst (who was so fantastic) and ended up going ahead with it. Building is hard work, but I would do it all over again and I would definitely do it with Carlisle Homes next time.

Love this company. Quality of their clothes is amazing. They last long and wash well and keep their shape. Love buying from Bonds online as they offer a lot of good sales, and I make use of it by buying their items on clearance for future use with my young children. And if you don't like the product once it arrives at your house you simply send it back to them - a lot easier than going shopping with young children!

Have bought exposed agg concrete, pavers, soil, sand, rocks (you name it, we've bought it!!) from this place. I've always found them very helpful, polite and friendly. Price is fair. Service has always been exceptional. Never had any problem with the quality of their stock. That's why I always go back to these guys whenever I need stuff for the garden/house.
