this business will be a week old on Tuesday 14 January 2014. I went there for the first time after seeing crude sign last week advertising frozen yoghurt and wondered what else they do. LOTS! if coffee isnt ready in 90 seconds its half price. they have a loyalty card and the biggest croissants I have ever seen with REAL non plastic cheese. their cake desserts are small and dainty not to mention healthy like their spirulina balls. the toppings also looked healthy. pay for the yogurt by weight. I am informed by the french sounding owner, menu will be changing regularly which is fine by me because if they can produce more yummy goodness like the chicken bacon and egg wrap with the crispiest lettuce ever had at lunch and just the right amount of mayo, wrap cut in half, tied together by a band of lunch paper and tied with curling ribbon. they have gone for the rustic unfinished decorating look for now but who cares when you get food you are still dreaming about hours later. I have never seen such a large variety of friands. DEFFINITELY a regular stop for me if they keep this up. p.s they have a site on facebook

the donut balls are to die for especially at 50c each. I love their thick shakes and their hot pies, pasties and sausage rolls are just the thing for on the go. unfortunately being young girls, they arent baristas but you will find a nice range of donuts, wraps and toasties. my favourite is chicken and mushroom. great for on the go as you get served in the mall. no need to enter a shop. there are also tables under umbrellas for a casual sit down

Had to rate 4 because there is no 3.5 and def better than 3.
Food here has always been better than most in the Souther Cross Arcade but earlier this year saw a new Chef Owner who has breathed new better life into it.
There are the 2 for $7.90 dishes to choose from or you can choose from a range of other delectable dishes and dumplings.
Depending on how busy he is, can take as little as 5-10 minutes to have a wonderfully cooked on the spot dish. If he's busy, make a point to come back another day.
Yes, there are times when the food is better than others but name me one place that's perfect every time.
My dish favourites - lemon grass chicken with lemon chicken when going for the quick in and out but the Ultimates are - Pad Thai Chicken, some of the best I have ever had, The Dumplings - firstly steamed then fried on the one side. I usually get the mixed dumplings. His stir fried lamb with rice is always tender as well. Well worth being a regular for the smile and prompt service.
Most weeks I eat almost daily here.

Pity this place is too far from where I am on King William Street. I only have half hour lunch and you need about that to get through their amazing Turkish Pides.
When ever in the city on a non work day or late night shopping on a Friday night, I head straight to Yiros Plus for a Turkish Pide.
The choice of fillings is amazing. Chicken, vegetarian, exotic. About 6 or more flavours to choose from.
You can only eat half for lunch and you just make it through a whole one for dinner.
Want it warm or sliced. Only a minute or two wait is all that's needed.
I keep trying to order some thing new each time but its hard to keep track. :P
Loving it and Totally Recommending it.

Trying to find a nice yiros when a half hour lunch break in the city can be hard. I work on King William near Nth Terrace so Southern Cross arcade offers a few choices.
Pars Kebab offers a few mediterranean dishes, some I even recognised from my mums Greek cuisine repertoire.
After trying my first combination yiros there two weeks ago I now try to go once a week. Lettuce and parsley in tabouli are fresh. Tomato from a glasshouse but the tzatziki isnt too watery and has some garlic taste to it. YUM!
Because of its location at the rear of Southern Cross arcade it doesnt get many visitors and the staff are uninspired because of it but I love the quality of the yiros and the fact that as soon as I get there there isnt a crowd of people already there. Quick in and out for larger than normal serve of yiros. Just the way I like it.

I'm a self confessed chocaholic but that melted chocolate I dipped strawberries into was heaven. Better than Bracegirdles.
Staff very helpfull and friendly. I went there on a weeknight so being winter no waiting and not noisy. Definitely an autumn - spring place to stock up on all that warming chocolate. If you also like coffee I thoroughly recommend the Chocolate/coffee mambo. Its an iced drink but the caffeine hit - hits like a mule. I think my hairs grew hairs. LOL! Looking forward to trying something new before the end of the year. So many places so little time. :P

Hadnt been in over 9 years and I now know why. My tastes and standards have changed. Saturday night menu was uninspiring. Specials menu was high on wall above cashier so you didnt even realize it was there until you went to order. Better sounding food on Specials board than normal menu. Not a bad place for people with young families to use as family get togethers. The tomato dip in trio of dips - TO DIE FOR - but the thick pizza base style pita bread meant you got full before meal arrived

Norwood's answer to Sushi Train. Small and quaint, I have been visiting here off and on since it was 3 weeks old and I think its now about a year old. BEST karagi, BEST spring rolls in town. They have not dropped the ball on these 2 favourites. Take away and sit down available. When doing lunch I do take away and have to try and restrict myself to 5 dishes otherwise I will never leave and spend a fortune. They will make to order if you have 10 mins to wait for some dishes. Well WORTH it.

OMG! I loved this place. My friends didnt find anything to inspire but I didnt know where to start. The pies and pasties are made on the premises and larger than normal but this time I was after a "doggy bag" and found a 6 pack of the most amazing looking tarts. strawberry, apricot and lemon. Tomorrow night will be taste test by my big brother. I think I might bribe him for a taste. LOL!

Hadnt been here for a while and unfortunately its one of the few places those who like choice visit once a year in the hope the menu will offer more and inspire. Also the night we went there was a guitarist/vocalist who was a little loud for our liking seeing as we were seated next to him. Otherwise, the pasta is fresh and pretty tasty. Average food and service dependant on your expectations. The lunch menu looks pretty good. Prices about the same as everyone else in the area.
