They have some excellent happy hour drink specials. Cocktail jugs are great and tasty pizzas if you get hungry. Especially popular with the student crowd and open until late every night

Me and my boyfriend found a property to rent in North Melbourne through Woodards, Carlton North Branch.
We dealt with Nicole Stojcevski, at all times we found her professional and easy to get along with. When our landlord later dumped the agency, and we went through him privately (not our choice) we had nothing but problems, resulting in a trip to VCAT.
Nicole was happy to be a reference for us for VCAT which was not required at all, but she was friendly and helpful. Very impressed and would recommend this agency to other renters.

Cheap eats and benton boxes. Can't complain for the price it's good value for money. Lots of students eat here. Rice, meat and a little vegetables for $10

Aranchini balls are to die for! Very much enjoyed the caprese salad also with fresh buffalo mozzarella. Wine went deliciously with Dishes and my boyfriend loved his pizza

Went to cafe Florentine this morning and I had the omelette with ham and cheese as well as a coffee. Service was super friendly and efficient. Coffee was delicious and nice and hot

Really yummy big breakfast. Generous portions, eggs were delicious, fresh avocado and potato Rosti. Very satisfying. Coffee is good too and service is friendly. Very close to north Brighton station

Great location and atmosphere. Drinks are good too but food is quite average and in future would eat somewhere else and just come here for a drink
