This was the WORST most disgustingly oily fish and chips I have ever seen. I couldn't even soak off all the oil and had to throw it out. I'll never go back.

The female doctor I see, Dr. Cabena is great. But a big problem with the clinic is the wait times. I usually try and make an appointment a week in advance to get to see her. I think they are understaffed.

Have been a few times and the food is always great and fast. The eagle prawns is fantastic and so is the Cocochine special rice. It is pricey, but worth it for the quality.

I have been going for three months and have already lost 8kg with their eating plan. Staff is very friendly. It's a quick workout, but harder than you think because as you progress the computer keeps upping your efforts a little bit each time so it stays challenging. It is a little pricey but actually is the same as most gyms when they say $15 a week... and this one is women only and 30 minutes, so to me it is worth it.

The chips, potato cakes and dim sims are good, but the flake is one of the best in the area. Their dinner for two pack is good value.
