It was really pleasant walking into this medical centre. The reception staff are super friendly. After only having been in once I had to get a tetanus injection and the nursing staff were wonderful, they told me to come in straight away and they'd fit me in (even though there was a 3 day waiting list) A modern day practice with great values.

If you're thinking of doing a triathlon, Tri-alliance are the team to train with. They are experienced, friendly and give hands on instructions on how to improve your technique in the transitions and in each discipline

It's great value for money so try them even if you just want a group of people to train with. For $25 per week you can attend 3 sessions or for $35 you can attend as many sessions as you want. They have a morning and evening sessions each day of the week. Just pick a time and location that suits you.

Their Lunch time special on Mon - Thurs is fantastic. We had a "fun" start when they seated half our party at a booth on one side of the restaurant and the rest of us who arrived later were seated at a table on the opposite of the restaurant.

Once we joined the booth, it took a long time for our order to be taken, but our food came out quickly, was really tasty and great value for money. I ordered a parmigiana which on the lunch special comes with a complimentary glass of wine or post-mix for $15 and I couldn't finish it.

From the time they start their grills for lunch the amazing aroma of grilling steak wafts across the road tempting you to go in. The quality and taste of the food more than lives up to the expectation.

You can either eat in the dining room and order from the full menu (a bit exxy but well worth it) otherwise at lunch you can order from the bar menu at around $10 - $18

My colleagues and I regularly have their bar specials for lunch and enjoy their happy hour, half price drinks from 5 - 6pm.

Their bar staff is really friendly and make the most delicious cocktails.

This restaurant is aptly named as it "Waves on the Beach" As it is literally on the beach. Fantastic location with great views.

The service is somewhat hit & miss and the food is alright, so for a reasonable priced evening with a great atmosphere head down to Waves.
