We have been frequenting this restaurant on a monthly basis for a few months now, with our elderly mother who resides in a local aged care centre and our 8 year old son who has coeliac's disease, he has extremely violent reactions to food with wheat.

My son did not feel like eating a big meal for lunch, because of his food condition we always bring a sandwich just in case he feels like eating something.

Instead of greeting us warmly, we were immediately barked at by the waitress who said 'you can't bring your own food in here, we need to charge you an extra fee if your son eats that sandwich here'. She said she would need to talk to the manager, which we overheard saying in a loud voice 'we can't allow this as then everyone will do it and we'll set a precedent!!!!'.

We explained the situation and said that he wasn't really hungry this small gluten free sandwich was is just in case he felt like something.

My husband, my mother in law and I were going to sit down and have main course for lunch, with wine and possibly desert and coffee. This is what we normally would order.

The specials of the day were barked at us and then we were told on this 'one occasion' they would allow us our son to have his sandwich and they wouldn't charge us, just on this one occasion. She then barked at our son for using the door to the restaurant to the courtyard and said he shouldn't be using that. Well? Why was it open?

On previous occasions we have spent between $200-$250 on our meals as a family in this restaurant. and we have been making it a monthly event.

Well guess what? Being lectured and barked at, isn't really the treatment you go out seeking on a weekend when all you want is a nice meal in pleasant surroundings.

For the sake of not letting a young child with an extreme food allergy just have his home-made sandwich IF he felt hungry, you have now the lost our monthly patronage. Which if I calculate correctly could be worth $3000 per year. I guess you don't care about those types of figures. As a small business owner myself, I'm very aware of the cost of making customers unhappy.

Our experience at Healesville Harvest on Saturday was not great and we'll be voting with our feet and will not be returning.

Big thumbs down to you Healesville Harvest, maybe have a good hard think about what you actually provide at your establishment? It's not about just providing good food and wine in a lovely room, it's how your customers 'feel' after their time with you and how they were treated, what sort of experience did they have.

Our experience with you was woeful, your staff do not know how to provide a welcoming environment and do not know how to communicate with anyone, especially children. Instead we felt like we were in some sort of a bootcamp, having orders and information barked at us, being told what we can and cannot do.

We walked out of the restaurant after finishing our wine and went to the Cherry Tree Cafe a few doors down, where we had a lovely lunch served by friendly staff.

You were absolutely amazing Jacqui Chaplin! Your work with this family and with Avril before her passing was nothing short of exemplary. You deserve all the credit and praise for a job very well done.

We own a small family funeral home based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Anna was introduced to us by a family that we were supporting with a funeral for their Dad as they wanted her to conduct the memorial service for him. We were so impressed with Anna's natural and poised delivery of the ceremony on the day, we asked her to join our team. She has since been learning all areas of funeral arranging and we look forward to her working with and supporting more of our families.

When my Aunty Shirley passed away suddenly last year, I needed to help her family organise a farewell ceremony for her so they could celebrate and remember her life the way they wanted to.
Lindsay, Gabrielle and Chris from Radcliffe Funeral Services were amazing. They bent over backwards to help us and nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to conduct our ceremony from their funeral home chapel which was modern and spacious. They were caring and compassionate and really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed to make my Aunty's farewell, a beautiful and meaningful celebration of her life. Thank you very much to the team at Radcliffe Funeral Services, I would highly recommend your services.

We opened our funeral home 20 months ago in Melbourne and we were introduced to Asha from another funeral director colleague.

Asha has an amazing business that provides quality products and support to the funeral industry. She has a beautiful range of urns and also keepsake cremation jewellery for families who want to memorialise their loved ones cremated remains into a piece that they can keep with them.

Not only are her products high quality and unique, Asha's service is professional and prompt. Once you make an order and the item is in stock you are guaranteed to receive it within 48 hours, which is important for our families who really want their loved one's ashes back with them as soon as possible.

I would recommend Asha and her business (Wholesale Funeral Products) with the highest confidence.

We were recommended to Jeremy and his team earlier this year when we were looking at a service provider to assist us with building a new website for our business. We wanted a web design that was fresh and modern, something that was easy enough for us to use and update by ourselves and we wanted local and responsive support when we came across an issue that we couldn't sort out ourselves.

Jeremy and his team really delivered on all the above criteria! Due to their effective SEO strategies, our business has been on the front page of Google since we opened our doors and we have received at least 90% of our business from inquiries from the internet. It has meant that our business has had a great start.

So thank you very much to Jeremy and all the team at Jezweb! We look forward to a long and fruitful working relationship with you for many years and thanks for all the help so far!
