Perhaps not quite the easiest place to find located in an industrial estate at the end of the street on the left. Parking is easy and they take EFTPOS with a $20.00 minimum. Also sold is a variety of Italian deli goods such as sausages, bacon, bottled tomatoes, pasta and all those things that are normally in an Italian deli. There is a reasonable selection of meats and at better than supermarket prices. I didn't buy meat so I can't vouch for it's quality but it looks reasonable for the price. I bought chicken wings at $1.00 a kilo for my dogs, great price. They also sell bags of frozen mixed minced meats for pets $1.00 per kilo. Perhaps other people will review their meats.

I've been going to Paris Miki for about 5 years now, I used to go to Knox but after they closed Fountain Gate is the closest.
I get my eyes tested and have been happy with the optometrists. The service from the counter staff can vary a bit to be honest, but if you get the right person, they are really helpful if you are buying glasses. They have a good range of glasses and their prices are good. I always get a full rebate from my health insurer.

Wonderful succulent and fresh fish cooked to perfectio and so were the chips. Their fish and chips are so delicious and they are the best I've ever eaten.

It's disappointing to give a business a poor rating but my husband and I have both had poor customer service from Senior Scene Magazine a division of Weaver Newspapers. We have a business and we advertise in the mag. What we haven't liked is that we rang and made an enquiry about payment of our account, we were promised a call back and that didn't happen. We appreciate thats a common occurance, but also our credit card was charged twice for the same invoice and when we rang to let them know they were really rude and repeatedly said they would need to check our claim. Yes of course something like that needs to be checked but repeatedly telling a customer their claim needs to be checked is like saying even though your bank statement shows you've paid twice you could be a liar. Why not just say we will check it and get back to you. Thy denied paying twice, we had to send a copy of our credit card statement. Then to top it off they put our ad in the wrong melbourne region. Very incompetent. I dont know how many times we called they promised to call us back but didnt return calls, eventually we got a refund but it was exhausting. Also the paper isnt delivered, its picked so who knows how many people actually get to see the paper. We feel they mislead us with what they said vs what they actually do. They also publish other things and keep asking us if we want to advertise with them. NO WAY! We've not had anything out of the ad and I suspect we wont. We are doing advertising online from now on
