I had a really good experience with my haircut at Koogi.

Several of their hairdressers don't speak much English, but they really try to understand what you're trying to convey to them. They even went to the extent of calling in a colleague who has knocked off but speaks English to come back into the salon so they can find out what exactly I'm trying to tell them. This is exceptional service!

Besides the excellent service standards, the cut that I got is good, and at a very good price of $30. I was there on a weekday at about 6pm, and didn't have to wait either. Very efficient.

Highly recommended.

If you're thinking of going with them for a new connection, DON'T BOTHER!
I am now without power or gas for the 3 days because the company simply refuses to put in another request for connection to the power supplier. This is after the power supplier told me that it is possible, that it just needs Red to submit the request as it is unable to accept an individual's request. But Red kept insisting that I left the power switch on causing the initial connection to fail, and refused to submit the request, leaving me without utility connection in this cold and wet wintry weather for the whole weekend.
This is despite both the property manager and I having gone into the property separately to determine that the power switch has been turned OFF!
Red is unhelpful and unsympathetic to their customer's needs/plight. So look elsewhere for your utilities.

Fantastic range of dim sums which were delicious. Like the fact that dim sum was trolley style and they came around quicker than we could finish the food on the table generally.

Found the service staff friendly, except one. Nice ambience - interior decor was really nice and was not crowded despite it being lunch hour. Good value for the all you can eat at $22.80pp.

the ice cream flavours i tried - classic choc, white macadamia and coffee crunch, were all good. however, the service was horrible! one of the worst i have come across. i was looking for specific flavours, but didn't see them. unsure if i've merely missed them out of the variety available, i asked the lady if they're available and was told in an unfriendly tone that everything's there - when some signs of the ice cream flavour was overturned and couldn't even be seen!! also, i was having difficulty making my choice, and unlike other places which would offer you a sampler, this lady was just impatient for me to make my selection and be on my way. no help or offer to sample any flavours at all. very lacking in service standards.

Lee is absolutely fabulous. Gives a great cut - i've got wavy/curly hair, and it was a nightmare trying to find someone who can cut it in the "right" way before this. He's not pushy with products either. Service is really good... Some days, they'll throw in other treats (back massage, hand massage etc) as well.

i see Sudi too. Massive improvement in my conditions. He will tell you if he thinks you don't need further treatments. Highly recommended for anyone requiring osteo treatments. The receptionists are also extremely helpful and friendly.
